The Second International Mokuhanga Conference 2014 (IMC2014) will be hosted by the Faculty of Fine Art, Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai). This second conference will include exhibitions, academic paper presentations and panels at the host institution focusing the following subjects:

1) Provide a forum for international networking between art school teachers and students.

2) Introduction to the 110 year history of creative Japanese Mokuhanga prints, made by artists after ukiyo-e prints of the Edo period.
