The IMC2017 Conference will be held at the Hawaii Imin International Conference Center & University of Hawaii Manoa ArtBuilding in Honolulu, Oahu from September 28, Thursday, to October 1, Sunday, 2017

The Registration Fee is required for participation in the programs organized by the International Mokuhanga Conference 2017 Committee. Registration is required for all paper presenters as well as workshop and demonstration presenters. It includes invitations to the Opening and Closing Receptions. There are small additional fees for participation in the Open Portfolio Exhibition, Product Showcase, and the International Exchange & AIR Program Showcase.

- Registrants receive discounted registration for the 6-Day Satellite Program on the Big Island following the conference (space is limited).
One-day passes for Sept. 29, 30 or Oct. 1, 2017 can be purchased at the conference check-in desk. These include admission to all presentations or workshops/demonstrations on a single day. Payment method: Cash or VISA or Mastercard credit cards only.
One-day passes are not designed for delegates to the conference who will present a paper, hold a workshop or demonstration, or present a group project, who are expected to pay the full registration fee. There is no fee to attend the Exhibitions and Showcases on October 1.

All IMC 2017 cancellations and requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the IMC 2017 Local Committee. Telephone or postal mail requests will not be honored. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Refund transfer fees and charges will be borne by the applicant.
For cancellations received on or before August 16, 2017: full refund.
For cancellations received between August 17 and Sept. 6, 2017 (inclusive): 50% refund.
There is no refund for cancellations received on or after Sept. 7, 2017.
After payment is received, we will send a confirmation email that your registration is complete.
