CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Due to unexpected computer system problems, we have encountered a slight delay in our homepage update. We will be ready to announce the detailed Conference Program and open Registration as of February 1, 2011. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

FEES

The Conference fee includes the following: Opening party in Kyoto, Participation in lectures and discussions, Visiting conference demonstrations and exhibitions, Bus fare from Kyoto to Awaji and Sayonara party in Awaji.

For participating in practical workshops in Kyoto you have to pay a separate fee.
Fees and application method for the workshops will be announced later.

Please note that all delegates to the IMC2011 conference must register and pay the conference fee in order to attend or take part. All presenters of papers, demonstrations and exhibitors must register and pay the conference fee.

The Conference Student Fee includes only the following: Participation in lectures and discussions and visiting conference demonstrations and exhibitions. For students there will be a separate entrance fee for the Opening and Sayonara party. Detailed price list of all the options will be found with the registration form, which opens in January 2011.

* If you book onto the conference as a student, you must provide proof of student status before, or on the first day of the conference. If necessary, contact the Conference office for further details.

* There are limited student places available at IMC2011. Further student bookings may be taken after this quota has been filled, at the discretion of the conference organizers. Please contact us if you find that student bookings have sold out.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Conference registration starts and payment instruction is informed on January 10, 2011.
